Sage Ceremony:
A sage cleansing ritual is an intentional practice used to clear stagnant or negative energy from a space, object, or even yourself. This involves lighting a bundle of dried sage, allowing it to smolder, and using the rising smoke to cleanse your surroundings.
Palo Santo Ceremony:
In a palo santo cleansing ritual, practitioners light the "holy wood" to release aromatic smoke that grounds and clears negative energy. This spiritual practice is effective for purifying spaces, objects, and personal auras while also setting positive intentions.
Crystal Bowl Sound Healing:
The practitioner plays a crystal bowl, tuned to specific frequency. The sound is played in waves. The vibration is felt as much as heard; people often describe a physical resonance in the chest or body, not just an auditory experience
